i won’t be installing the 17.5.1 for sure. 17.5 is fine for now.

man i hate this control center. it’s decently functional but ugly and needs better haptic touch features for turning off wifi or bluetooth.

What _bug_ me the most is when Apple release a new OS, they pass months to correct bugs with multiple updates. But when it becomes almost perfect, they release a new OS version and everything starts again. This paradigm is outdated imo. Why not just take more time between big upgrades and really work what they developed instead. Or instead of this stairs shape progression, why not go in a smooth progression curve where there's no more upgrades, but an evolutive amelioration and growth, like anything in life. My 2¢.

Well that settles it. I don't ever let a device leave me or my wife even if wiped to go to someone else. I'll take a hammer to it before that for sure.

No issues with 17.4.1. I will stick with that until 18.5. The bug ridden IOS 17 since launch has been a dumpster fire. I no longer trust Apple will get it right with software at launch

Can I ask is anyone else having connection problems with your mobile to 3g 4g , from day one of my iPhone 15 pro mmax it shows 3 to 4 bars but I get nothing, WiFi works but out and about my service sucks. My service provider tells me there is a nothing wrong with their towers HELP 😢

Thanks for the info. BIGGEST issue is with AppleTV, I have purchased 135 movies and 24 have just disappeared ... I have reached out to Apple support and they cant help / don't know how to re-instate purchases made. So everybody should be aware, buying movies is not a great idea with AppleTV. Also the 4K movies seem to be scaled down and not real 4K. For me, Apple use to be a quality product, these days seems to be all about features, that nobody actually asked for... Apple should return to simple, efficient, quality focus.

I’ve noticed a lot of people are going back to android because android is more stable then iOS even with the latest update iOS continues to be unreliable and unstable for many people have noticed including myself I don’t even use a mobile phone anymore in general because of my anxiety and my technology use is limited for my mental healthIt was caused by issues with iOS 16 that’s what started the anxiety with technology that’s why I tend to watches basic watches not even smart watches I gave my mum my Apple Watch ultra because it did my head in and I don’t even own a mobile phone I just use a pay Phone if I need to make a call
